In 2 more days, I say farewell to all meat and dairy foods as I attempt to follow a 4 WEEK VEGAN PLAN.
Only I haven’t got a plan….
I’m just winging it, like everything else…
Any help, advice, hints, tips and thoughts would be most grateful.
You might say I’m going cold turkey but that wouldn’t be very vegan friendly!!
