‘Dear Daniel.’
I need your help!!!! Look what’s happening!!!
Lots of protective and concerned parents like yourself feel the same way. They are advising their children that standing up for themselves means becoming violent too. My little girl was strangled by a child in her class and do you know how I taught her to stand up for herself?
By MAKING A STAND.
A punch in the face won’t work.
If it was that easy, one punch would be all it took and there would be no ‘Bullies.’
We have an epidemic in this country and it’s due to the demise of educating children how to socialise in a healthy way and take responsibility for their own actions. We have let them down, there is a mental health crisis in the UK that needs proper investigation.
You can’t fly in via a rope dangling from a helicopter or crash through the school roof to save your kid from social conflict but you can help build their resilience and DEMAND that when you delegate your parental responsibility to the school each day they PROTECT your child implicitly.
It’s not that difficult, it’s just been over looked since time began because young people don’t have the same rights as you and I.
AND THEY SHOULD.
Not all children have the ninja skills of James Bond but they all have a voice.
ISN’T IT TIME WE LISTEN TO THEM?
If your child is being hurt, protect them by standing in their corner, by their side, right behind them, every step of the way until the school, local authorities, government, country, WORLD takes responsibility.
The reason a bully hurts is because a bully is hurting. Punch them in the face and they won’t feel a thing they are numb. They might move on to someone else but isn’t James Bond someone who STOPS the ‘Baddies?’ His job isn’t to redirect them onto someone else.
IT’S COMPLICATED STUFF….
The Solution is SIMPLE.
Teach LOVE not HATE.
Diamonds are forever…..
And all children are diamonds in the rough.
Please help me polish them.
